What happens after the 14-day trial?+
Your trial converts to a paid subscription automatically. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. All your data is preserved if you decide to come back later.
How does seat billing work?+
The Professional plan includes 5 team seats. Additional seats are billed at £10/month (or £100/year) each. Delegate and public user access does not count towards your seat limit.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?+
Yes, you can switch at any time from your billing settings. When switching to annual, you'll receive a prorated credit for your current billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We don't do long-term contracts.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. You own your data and can export courses, bookings, contacts, and financial records at any time in CSV format.
Is my data secure?+
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, your data is hosted on secure EU-based infrastructure, and we're fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
